The latest addition to our team, Kenneth made the transition from finance and the Energy Sector to join Mapol in March of 2021. In his role, Kenneth works closely with Operations and Data Services with data acquisition and processing, billing, and client management. Kenneth conducts research and analyses for various data report services, including the industry-leading Drug Reimbursement Monitor (DRM) report. As Mapol continues to work with manufacturers operating in Canada, Kenneth will also use his technical and customer-focused skills to provide support to clients of the Market Access Essential Services (MAES) subscription. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. Kenneth is fluent in English and Mandarin and has a professional working proficiency in French.
