Mapol Inc. is not responsible for, and will not be liable to you or anyone else for, any damages whatsoever (including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site or the Information, or any action or decision made by you in reliance on the Site or the Information, or any unauthorized use or reproduction of the Site or the Information, even if Mapol Inc. has been advised of the possibility of these damages.

Mapol Inc. does not review, endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Site, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Event Registration and Payment

As a part of the event registration and payment process, Mapol Inc. collects and/or verifies information about each registrant. In providing such information, each registrant represents and warrants that: (a) the information they have provided is true, accurate, current, and complete as required by Mapol Inc. registration forms ("Registration Data") and (b) each registrant will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If the registrant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Mapol Inc. has the right to suspend registration and will contact the registrant to correct the information before accepting payment.

All information collected and used by Mapol Inc. for the purpose of registration is strictly governed by the Mapol Inc Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.

After registration is complete, Mapol Inc. uses a service provider to collect online payment on behalf of Mapol Inc. Registrants agree to pay the registration fee in full, to confirm their attendance at the event.
All funds credited to Mapol Inc. will be in Canadian dollars only, unless otherwise arranged with Mapol Inc.

Event Registrant Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions

There are no refunds for cancellations.
Substitutions are permitted up to the time of the event. Paid registration fees may not be transferred between events.

Jurisdiction

The Site is administered by Mapol Inc. from its office in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario. You submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario to finally adjudicate or determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Site.
